Attention, Childcare Workers

Over the last few months, we have had enquiries from students wishing to apply for Permanent Residence, once they have completed a two-years their Child Care / Early Childhood course.

However, applying for Permanent Residency under General Skilled Migration stream with the occupation of Child Care Centre Manager requires more than completing certain qualifications in that field.

Relevant experience in the occupation is also very important because a key component of this occupation’s tasks and duties is experience in “management’’.

The skills assessment authority which assesses this occupation is quite strict with the requirements.

And it can also be a costly application if not done properly] so it pays to get it right the first time!

Unfortunately, many people find themselves in desperate situations because they did not provide the necessary documents or information.

This year alone we’ve had numerous clients come to us having had their skills assessments refused.

Thankfully, we’ve been able to assist, get them back on track and their graduate work (485) visas granted.

For this reason, we are encouraging people to be proactive and visit our offices in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Melbourne (with the previous appointment) and have their individual situations assessed so that they are not later faced with negative outcomes which can be costly and could even prejudice their visas.

At EMSA, we can assess the individual’s situation and provide tailor-made strategic guidance to make sure you have the best possible chances for Permanent Residence.

For more information on this or any other study pathway or residency enquiries, please contact EMSA today!
